That part of Leo’s vision is about to launch… On Tuesdays, we have opened up our pizza oven to entrepreneurs who want to test out their pizza recipes and ideas, and begin to build a following. Our first chef and business owner to take over the pizza oven on Tuesdays is John Di Lemme from @twobirdsartisanpizza -John will be here for the next several Tuesdays offering 2 of his special 12 inch artisan pizzas!
